Number of people not fixed yet?

No problem. When ordering, you can choose to pay on site (Bezahlung vor Ort) and remain completely flexible until the day of the event. No upfront payment and the number of players specified at booking can be adjusted. You only pay cash on site for the group size that started on the day of the event.

Mixed group of students and normal payers?

It doesn’t matter whether you have already specified the student or the full price group when booking, as long as you have chosen to pay on site (Bezahlung vor Ort) when ordering, we can adjust the price of the booking to your team and you’ll pay your exact fee cash on site.

Cancel 14 days before the event date free of charge! 

You already have an event day in mind, but aren’t 100% sure that you can really organize the day as planned?

Simply book your desired date promptly, so that you can safely organize your day of adventure in Aachen with our rooms. If your plans change, you can cancel your booking free of charge 14 days before the event date.*

And if you want to adapt shortly before the event date? 

You can contact us by phone or email up to 48 hours before the start of the event and then have the option of converting your booking fully into a voucher so that you can reschudle your event at a later date.*
